The sound barrier for bullet trains remains a challenge due to the piston effect causing compression waves at entry and exit of tunnel. air ahead train nose is compressed, wave propagates through tunnel speed exits with generation micro pressure waves. It gives rise complex pattern comprising & expansion tail leading positive around suction tail. This intended provide exhaustive input proper design futuristic cross-sectional shapes tunnel, whether square, rectangular, circular, or semi-circular, will experience generated by high-speed but influence flow hence wave. paper presents load on walls long short tunnels subsonic compressible transonic flows. experimental investigation carried out only length parameters study tunnels. Further, visualization also provided after formation sonic boom. results this can be an essential data source optimum so as suppress break barriers, thus, resulting in safer network.
